Ticket Information

Online Ticket Purchases
All will-call ticket pickups will be located at the front entrance
(on W. Danville Street). Please provide the member of our
team with the name used to purchase the tickets. You will need
to distribute the individual tickets to those within your party.

Table Purchases
If you purchased a table, please notify the person(s) at the
gate and they will advise you as to the location of your table.

VIP Area
There will be a VIP area within the venue, please note this is made
available to our sponsors, special guests and those with a VIP pass.

Raffle Information

2021 Polaris 570 4x4 ATV
ONLY 1,000 tickets will be sold and you can purchase online
by visiting the Cindy Hite Golf Website. You can purchase
in person at NAPA of Clarksville and South Boston, Virginia
and at Hite's Clothing in Clarksville, Virginia.

Bicycle
We have a special bicycle to be raffled during the event.

Firefly Guitar
We have a guitar that will be signed by all of the band
members and played during the event.

Cornhole Boards
We have a set a cornhole boards donated that will
also be included in the raffle.

Golf Bag
We have an awesome bag to be included.

Parking Information

Parking is available behind the venue as well as the former Boyd dealership lot.
Limited street parking is also available on W. Danville Street.

If Parking in the Boyd Lot
You can enter the lot from either W. Danville Street or S. Lunenburg Ave.

If Parking in the Back Lot Behind the Venue (watch for signs)
To enter the back lot, turn onto W. Lunenburg Ave., then left onto W. Main Street.
Turn left into the public works entrance and follow around the building to the back lot.

Event Rules

Please bring a photo ID as they will be checked
You must be at least 18 years old to attend
You must be 21 or older to consume any alcoholic beverages
This is a CASH ONLY event - no credit/debit cards will be accepted
No smoking inside of the venue
Lawn chairs are welcomed and encouraged
Bags and chairs will be checked at the gate
Must follow current social distancing guidelines (if applicable)
No coolers will be permitted
No outside food and/or drinks
No pets
